Why I do it

The beauty of pilates is that anyone can do it and everyone should be doing it. It doesn’t just have physical benefits, but mental ones also.

Pilates allows you to dig deep, find yourself, your strengths and weaknesses whilst challenging yourself to focus on your breath.

I find the breathing to be possibly the hardest thing. Breathing correctly and deeply. Once you know how to breath correctly you relax and life slows down even if it is just for a moment.
